The beginnings of the R&M group date back to 2007 with the creation of the company RATECH, with a focus on the installation and integration of security systems. RATECH was created by passionate security experts. With a professional approach, dedicated to service delivery, RATECH is positioned as a leading provider of design services, installation and integration of security systems in Albania.
With the expansion and strengthening of RATECH, the group added SSD "Security Solution & Distribution". SSD was established in 2011 as the first regional distributor of security systems leader Dahua Technology. Currently, SSD has expanded cooperation with several leading brands in the field of security products, becoming the leading company in Albania of wholesale and retail trade of electronic equipment, software and applications for all security systems.
Then, in 2019 we added MR. LIGHT ALBANIA, designer and distributor of superior quality lighting systems. MR. LIGHT specializes in the sale of high-quality luminaires and the design and implementation of projects in the field of lighting. MR. LIGHT is the official distributor of well-known brands DR. LIGHT and LAMP 83.
Recently, MR. COFFEE, the newest chain of cafes in Tirana has been added to the group. The first cafe opened in 2020, in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Tirana. Today we have the privilege of connecting with hundreds of clients every day and planning the opening of cafes in other areas.
TOKYO is a company that operates in the hospitality industry. The services of food and refreshment, catering and event management are provided by a professional and experienced staff to satisfy the needs of individual clients, but also the needs of corporate clients.
PETER PAN is a company dedicated to children’s entertainment. PETER PAN manager an amusement park in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Tirana and operates in the retail of children toys. In addition, PETER PAN provides the services of children’s events management.
BAMBI KIDS STORE is a new company that operates in the sale of children’s toys. Through sales in our physical store and online sales we offer toys of the best known brands. Children’s favorite characters, educational toys and selected school supplies can be found in BAMBI Stores as products of the best quality brands, that are know for the use of natural materials and for the highest security standards.
KIDS CLUB is a space for the kids, in which they can develop their skills in different scientific and artistic subjects, complete their homework and other afterschool activities or just have fun playing. KIDS CLUB was designed with children’s imagination and desires in mind, as a friendly place that will enable them to freely express their creativity and skills.
In 2022, R&M Group added KIRAÇ ELEKTRIK, which is the result of an excellent partnership and brings to Albania the exclusivity of some of the best brands of electrical materials. KIRAÇ ELEKTRIK combines the wide range of products with vision and timely and quality service.
