Maintenance
RATECH offers maintenance contracts with fixed monthly or annual payments, based on the type and specifics of the system, as well as the specific requirements of the client. Maintenance contracts assure that the system operates at any time according to the purpose for which it was installed. Periodic inspections and response to incident reports ensure that the system is not out of function at any given time.
Our maintenance contracts can be concluded for any type of security system, as well as for integrated systems. These contracts may include preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
Standard elements of maintenance contracts:
- Minor inspection and adjustments
- Repair services (mainly remotely and on our premises)
- Availability of spare equipment
- Communication 7/7 24/24
- Rapid intervention
- Access to customer service and operational assistance
- Software updates and upgrades (licenses)
- Training (limited teaching hours and participation)
- Consultancy
At the request of the client, maintenance contracts may also include:
- Functional tests
- On-site diagnostic and repairs
- Performance control
- Performance reporting
Maintenance contracts do not include:
- Data protection
- Data recovery
- System monitoring
- Event management
- Alarm administration
